Who We Are: Legacy Ministries is a religious partnership and unincorporated association established on October 25, 2024.
Our Foundation: We operate under the In My Father’s House Express Trust Enterprise, dedicated to honoring the covenant of God with all of mankind.
Legal Protection: Our work is protected by the 1908 Michigan State Constitution (Article 1, Section IV) and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (Title 42 U.S. Code 2000bb).
National Standard Towing: We partner with dedicated national towing companies to ensure that your vehicle is picked up for free, usually within 24–48 hours, anywhere in the state.
Maximum Tax Write-Offs: Unlike standard scrap yards, we are set up to provide you with the Full Fair Market Value tax deduction for your vehicle, handled through official IRS Form 1098-C reporting.
Community Focus: We don’t just scrap cars; we “procure applications” and “record invoices” to ensure every dollar goes back into the community, education, and supporting the “differently abled”.
